02-11-2017 ~ ALL IN STITCHES QUILT WALK
The 16th Annual Walk Around Polson Quilt Show began on Saturday, February 11 and will run through Saturday, February 25, 2017.  Quilts will hang in Businesses on Main Street in Polson.  Plan some time to pick up a ballot at All In Stitches and vote on your favorite quilts by Wednesday, February 22, 2017.  Ribbons will be hung on the winning quilts on Thursday, February 23, 2017.  For more information call 406-883-3643.

02-18-2017 ~ NORTH LAKE COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY
The North Lake County Public Library is introducing "Weekend Wigglers!", a Family Story Hour every other weekend starting on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 2:00 PM. The Library is located at 2 First Avenue East in Polson. For more information call 406-883-8225.

02-18-2017 ~ POLSON HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS BASKETBALL

02-18-2017 ~ MARINE CORPS LEAGUE
The Officers and members of the Marine Corps League Hellroaring Detachment 1041 will host the first Annual Eagle and Gold Scouts Recognition Dinner on Saturday, February 18, 2017 with social hour at 5:30 PM and dinner at 6:00 PM at the Polson VFW.  This dinner is to recognize those who have attained the highest rank that a youth can earn in both the Boys and Girls Scout Programs. 02-18-2017 ~ WINTERFEST BENEFIT FOR SOUP'S ON
The 8th annual Winterfest a benefit for "Soup's On" will be held at the Polson Elks Club on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 5:00 PM.  There will be an Italian dinner with homemade dessert, live and silent auctions and live music by Rob & Halladay Quist. Music starts at 8:00 PM and tickets are $10.00 available at the door.  All proceeds will benefit the ongoing needs of the community.  The community kitchen is run solely on contributions from citizens. 

02-20-2017 ~ FREE ENTRANCE DAY AT NATIONAL PARKS
There will be a free entrance day at Glacier National Park along with all other National Parks on Monday, February 20, 2017 in commemoration of President's Day.

02-21-2017 ~ SKC CAREER FAIR
The 2017 Salish Kootenai College (SKC) Career Fair will be held Tuesday, February 21, 2017 from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the Joe McDonald Health and Wellness Center (gym) in Pablo.  This career fair is an effective and inexpensive way for employers to meet or interview prospective employees for current or future hiring needs.  Students and potential employees can gain insight into what employment opportunities exist. This career fair is sponsored by SKC and the Lake County Job Service. For more information call Lennie Webster at (406) 275-4826 or Brooke Filesteel at (406) 275-4865.

02-23-2017 ~ MIRACLE OF AMERICA MUSEUM
Free Night at the Museum on February 23rd will have an exciting addition with the Mission Valley Honor Guard, Post 106 participating  along with Victor Charlo sharing memories of his hero brother Louis Charlo. The night will conclude with a showing of "The Sands of Iwo Jima" starring John Wayne. This is a fitting movie to show as it was this day in 1945 that the U.S. Marines took Mt Suribachi on the Island of Iwo Jima. Treats and donations are always welcome. Join us at 6:30PM at Miracle of America Museum at 36094 Memory Lane, Polson.

02-27-2017 ~ NORTH LAKE COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY
The Lake County Public Library is planning a very special LEGO Launch Party on Monday, February 27, 2017 at 3:30 PM. The weekly Makerspace will transform into a full-blown party featuring a brand-new LEGO table complete with brand new Star Wars, Mindcraft, and DC Comics sets to build. There will be snacks.
